Cancellation & Refund: Online Training
FOR SELF PACED LEARNING
For refund an individual/ group/ corporate will have to raise a request within 7 days of purchase of the certification course. We guarantee the money back only if the access to the learning/ downloaded material is less than 5% of the total course. Precisely, if an individual has accessed for more than 10% then money back guarantee stands null & void. Examination cost will not be refundable in any case.
FOR INSTRUCTOR LED LIVE ONLINE TRAINING
For refund an individual/ group/ corporate will have to raise a request within the 7 Days of enrollment with us. Money back guarantee stands null & void if the participant/group has accessed more than 10% of the e-learning content or attends live session of trainer or received recording for more than 1 day. Money back guarantee is also void, in case an individual/ group user downloads the online material. If you raise a request after 7 days and before 30th date of purchase of the course, then you shall become eligible of receiving 80% value of the total fees paid to the My Carriercube. No request will be entertained raised after the 30th day of the purchase date of the course. Examination cost will not be refundable in any case.
WAYS OF REFUND REQUEST
1) You need to send an offical E-mail to our support team for the refund of the fees with valid reason. This refund request will then be reviewed by the admin team to further validate it and get it approved from the management. 2) Any enrollment refund intiated through the delegate will attract 10% transaction charge on account of processing fees for the refund of payment. 3)In case item quantity is more than one, then you are required to connect with our support team through Help & Support section on the website.
REFUND: DUPLICATE PAYMENT
Refund of the duplicate payment will be made by the delegate will be processed via the same source. (All duplicate payment refunds to be processed within 10 days of the refund request submitted and approved by the My Carriercube)
